Great value with unexpected perks!

I recently spent a night at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the modern decor and comfy room with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast spread had hot items like eggs and waffles. There was a delightful social hour with complimentary drinks! However, the bathroom fan was quite loud, which made it tricky to use the light without feeling rushed.

The breakfast featuring Texas-shaped waffles was a delightful surprise, and the staff was incredibly responsive, making our stay very comfortable.

sadly, this hotel really missed the mark. The coffee tasted like watered-down sadness and the breakfast was a joke, lacking variety. I also expected a room upgrade for my troubles but nope, just regular service like everyone else. honestly, I almost considered a good review but just couldn’t after all this mediocrity.

I encountered several issues during my stay that left me quite frustrated. The bathroom water dispensed incredibly slowly, taking an absurd amount of time to fill up.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sleep Inn & Suites Austin, Tech Center. The hotel was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast included a delightful variety, setting a perfect start to my day.

The accommodating front desk staff made check-in smooth, contributing to an overall pleasant experience.
